Munich
Photos from our trip to Munich. We loved Munich! We don't know a lick of German (except perhaps verboten and danka) so it was definitely a different experience than the other countries. We took an overnight train from Paris and arrived here early in the morning. We stayed at a quite nice hotel in the immigrant district and walked over to the main square everyday. We started out with a fun bike tour that stopped at the Chinese Beer Garden. This was our first place where Rick Steves didn't guide our way. So we really played it by ear and probably missed some stuff. But we did our best.
