Old Arby's
So the old Arby’s on Burnet Rd. shuts down. You decide to buy the property. But what do you do with the giant 70s hat sign? If you are AWESOME, you name your joint Hat Creek and keep the sign’s legacy alive.

I'm just wondering if Arby's might think that the outline of their hat logo is trademarked and raise an objection to this. If they turned it into a haberdashery there may not be much of an issue, but a burger joint can be seen as competitive.
